Never ever had any issues with selling via FB marketplace except for annoying stupid buyers and lowball offers etc. I still have a S25 from this spring im trying to sell. Lowball offers drive me nuts

I also had one guy pay using PayPal but used goods and services and he sent extra to cover the fee. 6 months later I get a charge back on that transaction saying he never received it even though it was a local sale. Of course I had no proof of delivery so couldn't fight it. Now I'm extra careful if someone pays using PayPal or Venmo to make sure it's friends and family.

went ti store,have no defcts on phone brand new moto g play 23 and s25+ , store rep did this process, simply saying system is not accepting, now i feel its more difficult to trade-in store than online.

You should left a feedback saying hand delivery and asked buyer to do the same on the spot

SellCell or similar places give decent value, may not be the best, but less hassle.

is the trade in credit only divided into 36 monthly credits and not 1 lumpsum credit back? Rep just said it's only going to be divided into 36 months. Is this true?
and I put in Fold6 as Trade in device but can I send it a different one and get the $1000 promo still?

If you pay in full, you get one lump back that you could ask after 2-3 months. Also I wouldn't take the chance with trading in something you told them you would since you provided them with the IEMI already
