My trade in was confirmed on 7/24. Still haven't received the credit in my account. Worse, Assurant started emailing me with a new trade in offer with a different offer code, as if the original trade in never happened. I just got off the phone with Spectrum and, initially, they only showed the incomplete offer. They were able to look up the completed trade in when I provided them with the offer code. They told me I had to wait 2 full billing cycles before they can help. Hopefully it shows up but I'm wary given how fast they've appeared in the past as well as that 2nd trade in offer that spontaneously appeared. Looks like I'll be in for a fight next month. Ugh.

Like others here I'm a cell phone addict. I only get phones that are highly discounted. My DD is an iPhone 14 but I have a Moto Razr 2025, a Pixel 9, and S23fe . The S25 is the fastest and lightest of them and 6.2" is the right size for me. Also great pics and and excellent battery life.

Yep, same thing happened here. Another email with different offer number while my original was already approved back 7/26. I think thats probably the reason for the hold up for the credit, guess I'll check with in spectrum next week.

I hate that this happened to you but it is reassuring that it's not an isolated incident. If there are already 2 of us just on SD within a couple hours, that means it was probably a widespread issue. I am confident that we will get our credits just with a bit of an unexpected headache. Screenshot the confirmation page on their site because that could disappear anytime.

I just got off the chat with Rep, she made a ticket for me and hopefully that will resolve on its on within a week, else I will have to check in again. The second I got off the chat I went and screen shot the trade in confirmation page just in case. Minor headache indeed, let see what happens next week.
