For reference, my trade-in was delivered to Assurant this Tuesday and on Thursday (today) received this message.
I got the same e-mail but mine mentions nothing about the bonus $1,000 I was supposed to get and the trade in portal doesn't mention it either. Do I need to call someone or does it just show up on your account that bought the phone?

The bonus should be mentioned in that email. Mine is $700, plus the trade-in value.

Does anyone happen to know what number to call to get that straightened out? Spectrum direct just told me it says in the order e-mail i'll get it so just wait a billing cycle but I explained it didn't say it in the trade in e-mail and she was just like uuuuuhhhhhh.

For me both trade-in email from Assurant and acceptance email shows $1000 promo. I think you should reach out to Spectrum about it. Look into trade-in FAQ and they have an email contact mentioned there.

Just called and asked about the 2nd free line but the lady said that shouldn't be right and I should only get 1 free line. I didn't really push it because if anything, I wanted to do it instore to trade in another phone.

Does anyone know if you try in store, they'll re-direct you back to call in? Even if you log into your account at the store and show them the offer?

I was also told if you cancel your internet, your free mobile will go to a standalone plan of $40 (not 30) without internet. After 1 year, it would be $30.

sometimes a promotion will only be available for customers in certain locations. If you live in a market where there's multiple Internet providers competing for your money, you might get some of those better promotions offered. A retail store rep and a telesales rep should see the same offers that are available to your account.

I will probably try it in store in the next few days. I still have an S25 from the previous deal, and I am deciding whether to trade it in for another Flip 7. Out of pocket will be around $150 if they give me a 2nd free line. If not, I guess I will pass it.

Probably true, recently my one year free line expired and I canceled it before expiration, then after couple of days signed up for 2 years free line service, now I have free line until August 2027.

Would rather have had 2 years of free service than 2 free lines for a year, but not complaining.

Just traded in my S25 256 GB for the Flip 7 in store. Total was $84 out the door for me.
Do you have to pay more in taxes?

In store trade was easy though the new system they have to confirm the condition of the phone took a few minutes. Mostly because it was the first time this sales person had done it. Don't think this deal is anywhere near as popular as the S25 deal. Sales rep could not have been nicer.

Yeah, I will have to pay tax. So the total would be around $150.00. I already traded in (online) an S25+ I got from the previous deal for a Flip 7, and out of pocket would be $50. Trade in was accepted yesterday, but I have not seen the credit yet.

Did anyone receive trade-in credit for online orders? I just received email from Assurant with trade-in success. Checked with Spectrum rep and he said I'll have 2 wait for 2 billing cycles. Last year it was available next day of Assurant email. Not sure what's happening now.
