Damn they must be getting a boatload of these TF and walmart Moto Plays and banned it lol. The next cheapest alternative would be the Moto G 2025 from TF for $45 with $24 trade credit.

Best Buy seems to have the moto g 5G 2024 for $30 and gets a $27 trade credit.

Complained through Assurant and Spectrum about not getting the tax credited back. Bunch of wasted time and nothing more. Hope others get better results.

They processed mine July 31st and still no credit posted. Support just says wait the full 60 days, they won't even look in to why my credit is taking so long to post compared to others or more importantly why the $1,000 bonus isn't showing on my Assurant e-mails. They claim if it isn't received within 60 days, or if the $5 trade in credit posts without the bonus amount, they can then open a support ticket and get me the missing credit refunded. I'm glad I took screenshots of the trade in quote and the order screens along the way. I'm more than happy to file a complaint with my state Attorney General and if necessary go to my bank and charge back what they owe me if they pull some dishonest crap.

Will keep you updated on my progrees. Was hesitant like you where the email doesn't show the 1k credit but the receipt and quote shows the 1k promo. When I talked to chat support, they said it will get added when the trade is completed. Shipped my old fold last week so waiting for that to get through the system

Same boat and same answer from Spectrum support, "waiting for Assurant", no tickets needed until 1 to 2 billing cycles.

Got an email. "Good news! We've received your device and inspected it. You'll be receiving a Trade-In Credit of $430.00 for your device." Will wait a little more to see how it shows up

I called the 833-224-6603 was told to wait 2 billing cycle (60) days.

That's frustrating that I didnt get the "you also qualify for the Trade-In Promotion, which brings your total to $1,005.00." Part in my email, will get with support soon to see what happens.

Chat support was trying their best not to be helpful.
He told me this, "Tyri
08:16:20 PPromotional Credits (when applicable) are financial incentives provided by Spectrum Mobile applied over time to your billing account for the purchase of your device.
That bounus is applied when financing a new device with a trade in"
I told him that I paid in full
He just copy pasted it again like that and said "I understand and apologize" assuming that he couldn't do anything.
I copy and pasted tronno post "* If you paid for your new device in full, the total credit for the confirmed value of your trade in, including any applicable promotions, will be applied in the next two billing cycles. If you don't receive your trade-in refund/credit within two billing cycles, give us a call at 1-833-224-6603."
He responded back "Will be applied in the next two billing cycles."
So will check back and see what shows up in 2 billing cycles

This happened to me too. I have done a ton of these trade-ins with spectrum and all the other ones, when you pull them up in the spectrum portal, reflect the promotion after the normal trade-in of like five bucks. I had to call in and speak to spectrum support and they agreed that there was something wrong and they had to contact Assurant. The good news is they seem fairly confident they can fix it and get me the $1,000. So I'm really not too worried about it, but it's super annoying. Something is different, because when I go into the portal for this specific trade-in, it's not like all the other ones I've done and I've done like 12 to 15. So if you're portal only shows the $5, you have to contact them.

Can anyone who didnt see the $1000 credit in their trade in successful email and was able to get the $1000 later reply back. Hoping for hope. Guess for those effected, will have to wait 2 billing cycles
