Some
Amex cards [americanexpress.com] have the offer to earn a one-time $49 statement credit after using your enrolled eligible card to make a single purchase of $98 or more on Walmart+ annual membership online at
Walmart.com/plus by 1/28/2026.
I had this offer on my Amex Surpass card. If you have this offer, click the option to "add to card" and make sure to pay with that card.

You get a free Paramount+ subscription. You get 25% off at Burger King. You get free shipping on shipped orders of any $.
You get early access to Black Friday deals, too.
If you don't use any of those, though, no, it's probably not worth it.

I used the Paramount+ Essential for a day and went back to torrents because there are SO MANY commercials with the Essential plan.
The BK discount isn't all that great because it doesn't stack with any other coupons or deals, only works with full price stuff although you get a free Whopper with any purchase once every 3 months.

EDIT: Found the other thread - https://slickdeals.net/f/18417949-eligible-walmart-accounts-1-year-walmart-membership-49-via-walmart-valid-thru-7-15?src=SDSearch
According to other people, if you try to cancel your membership, you will see a $49 renewal offer. So I tried cancelling my membership and found the offer.
As an aside, I checked my account, and it shows I have annual membership at $49. Nowhere does it say if it renews at $49, or at the regular $98. I'm curious if it's going to autorenew at the $49 or $98. Since I made sure to have payment set to my amex with the CB offer, it'll work out the same either way, but I still think Walmart ought to be showing us what the renewal rate will be.
