Keep in mind that this is a pretty old model. No PPS for those who need it.

I have the white version and love it. I use it on my nightstand. I also have a Google Home display and the white circular power plug matches well to this product.

This works great for my kids 2nd hand Switch that didn't come with a charger. Powers the dock and all controller chargers. Keeps it all nice and tidy on my av shelf.

Also bought one for my wife's desk at work to minimize wire clutter. Keeps her laptop and accessories charged and the extra 120v plugs are easy to get to whenever she needs them.

Just curious, how do you know? Even the brand new Anker products don't mention PPS in their listings (exampe https://www.amazon.com/Anker-Char...le_ce?th=1)

Yeah, listings on chargers are frustrating. One of the easier ways is to check the photos in reviews; power supplies have to list the power profiles on the bottom/side. This one is listed without any PPS modes. Generally all brands will list PPS modes (though obviously there are a few that don't) and Anker is very good about that and getting certified.

Sorry friend but you posted some false info.

1. This was released in Feb 2024 on Amazon
2. It is supposed to have PPS on the top 2 ports.

Looking at the product on the Anker website, it shows the top 2 USB-C slots as "Dynamic Output" - I feel like maybe that is their lingo for PPS? https://www.anker.com/ca/products...2836020388

Got two of these in February on a slickdeal.

In that deal thread, someone said they had them but that they had trouble with the top usb c ports going bad after a few months.

I'm here to say that the person who said that was absolutely right.

Both of them the usb c high output ports just stopped working. Yeah I can warranty them, but that's a PITB. Would have rather just listened to the other slickdealer.

Have been using mine at work for close to a year and have not came across any issues. Have been using all front ports daily and even have a fan connected to the side of it. Works flawlessly

Has nothing to do with PPS, it means it can split the power output several ways. For the top two, it can do one port at 100w, and 80w split several different ways if both are in use.

The lower 4 are fixed rate. The power combinations are listed in the product details.

It's almost 2 years old and it was a budget oriented option with older charging standards when it released, but I should've been more clear on that.

It does not have PPS, no documentation says that and no PPS modes are listed on the charging profiles printed on it.

Two years old is not old vs PPS. PPS came out in around 2017. Do any research on it, for example "does Anker A91C6 have PPS", especially with Gemini. It will provide the details.

Can you recommend a modern desktop charger with PPS? I like Anker products and would be okay spending up to $100.
