Got two on the last deal. One had a dead pixel. They do not replace these with a new one. I had to buy a new one (which was at $299.99 because the sale expired).
Once the new one arrived I had to send back the old one with a pre-paid label.
Once they got the dead pixel screen and inspected it I got the $239.99+tax refund and then I had to chat with support to get a price match refund.
Price match had to happen AFTER the dead pixel monitor was returned and inspected.

I know it's not directly related but I picked up the 37" S8 with the built in docking station (KVM, USB Hub and 90W USB-C power supply) for $300 with the same EPP/EDU discount

No it is not true 4k ...4k res is 3840 x 2160 pixels i will pass on this wait till they get a better one this is a normal price for a no 4k monitor
