Naturebell consistently is below their formulary. There is a YT channel where products are lab rated and he also has a list of the best and worst pharmaceutical companies. There is no FDC oversight on supplements.

Would not purchase supplements from most companies on Amazon, but especially naturebell. They've been tested by many and have been found to be poor quality

$14.36 for me. Maybe because already I buy this regularly?

It works perfectly if I take it ~ 30 minutes before I go to bed. If I wait longer than that to go to bed after taking it, it actually makes it harder for me to get to sleep.

I take 100mg and can't imagine taking a higher dose. With supplements, never assume more is better.

If you're taking other vitamins such as Iron or Vitamin D for example, Magnesium helps with absorption too.

Then, save whatever you are paying for 100mg. of magnesium glycinate (providing around 15 mg. of elemental magnesium and 85 mg. of the L-glycine component). Just have a jelly bean instead.

That's interesting, how much do you take? I've tried this and it doesn't really do much for me, I had magnesium once intravenously and it knocked me on my butt

Seems like a good deal at first, but Nutrition label says there's only 90mg of Magnesium. The rest, so ~410mg is filler material. Plenty of reviews mentioned it

For people with costco memberships I can tell you the nature's bounty magnesium glycinate works very well and it's cheap. I get blood tests every few weeks and that was the one that was most noticeably raising my magnesium levels.
