Old discontinued model. Looks like the release date is at least 2019. No Dolby atmos or vision. How long will it be supported? Looks like you need to spend $40 to step up to a Roku model with Dolby vision and the Ultra model for atmos.

I just went through the research for a streamer to take on vacation. Since my tv's are Google / Android OS based I figured I'd keep it simple and familiar and went with the 2025 Onn 4k plus. Dolby vision/atmos, voice remote, wifi 6, 16gb storage. $29.88. Great CPU / GPU specs. Only expensive Shield and Fire Cube models benchmark higher. With Cap One shopping rebate and my 3% cc it was less than $25

Personally, I prefer the stick to this. This one doesn't have a power button with the ability to turn on/off your TV.

A remote that controls the TV should have a power button for the TV.

I bought this for mom a few years ago and it kept signing her out of her YouTube account. She's a senior so it's kind of a pain to constantly keep logging back in. I finally got tired of it and got her a Roku Ultra and it stopped so it had to be the Premier. I have a stick at home and I haven't had that problem.

I think this one has the IR remote that requires line-of-sight. Just a heads up. I've always preferred the RF Roku devices where you don't have to point directly at a box.

The price is irrelevant. If a remote is designed to control the TV volume, it should also have a TV power button (as the "stick" remote does). This is a discombobulated model!

Bluetooth is even better (and used more universally these days).

still using one that is about 10 years old that is "supported". I am sure this will be supported for a while, just may not have the specs/features of a newer one.
