Same here... I wonder if its because half of the reviews says that it doesnt charge and battery is dead. Typical scumbag Lowe's. They should just go out of business already. That store is trash

Reviews change with the price. If this cost 100 bucks, it would get 5 stars. If it cost 50k, it would get none. Those reviews are based on a larger price tag than its now available for

The Craftsman electric mowers — both the zero-turn and riding ones — are basically just rebranded Cub Cadets. The system's super proprietary. The Cub Cadet version actually went on a crazy sale at Home Depot about two years ago for like $600.
Damn that's crazy good price

How difficult it is to modify this, i mean to just take out the lawnmowing parts and use it as a toy car for kids.
Pull the blade assembly out. Put in a Kobalt 80v battery and a 72v speed controller and you can ride this thing at 40MPH easily

Price is good but 3.3 average review isn't. Available near me but I am not sure if it's worth it.

The poor reviews say it arrived dead and wouldn't take a charge. I wouldn't be happy about spending $100 for that.

Ordered mine last night and got the email ready for pickup until 10/17. Only bad part is it is a 100 mile drive to pick it up....decisions, decisions.

I'd gamble. Anyone have a means of checking broad availability, store by store in painful…. Not coming up on brickseek.

Steer clear. The electricals on this thing are trash. The chassis, though is excellent (I'm nearly certain that it's a rebranded Cub Cadet XT1-42 with a powertrain swap).

I have a craftsman from 2004 that still runs great. The old gas ones are known to run forever, they don't have built in obsolescence, parts are cheap, they're easy to fix.

Just comb marketplace or craigslist. Just some of the comments here verify this thing is a Hassel. Throwing errors? What's that? 🤣 I can run the old one on it's side and use it as a wood chipper if required.

I love tech and new gadgets, but some companies are out of hand now. They don't want to build good products, just take your $$$.
