This is patently false. It should read SOME current users included, but no one seems to know the criteria they're using to decide who is and isn't eligible. I'm showing full price to extend my subscription.

Is the premium worth it? might try it for a year since it comes out to only $9 a month.

I already played most of the best games in the catalogue. Also still have almost 2 years of xbox premium too. Quite a tricky situation for me :/
If you have any kind of backlog then no, it isnt worth it. Adding more games to the backlog via rentals is a complete waste of money.

I currently have extra (through 4/26). I want to upgrade to premium and buy more time during the sale. When I go to my account, I can only upgrade to premium for $7 for the remainder of my time. If I do that upgrade, anyone know if I can buy another year at the discounted price as well?

I didn't see it on my account. Turned off auto renew and still do not see it. Guess when mine expires next August I will just wait until November to reup if I get the deal. If not I'll be saving money either way.
