My lug nuts on my car require 80ft-lbs. So while the impact wrench isn't the most powerful 12v impact wrench, it will do the job for most common stuff. Keep in mind, to get the full torque from the impact wrench, you will need the larger 4ah battery.

If I really need power, I bust out my corded impact wrench.

I had this but would not take off lug nuts for my tesla or toyota. I would go with something higher. Also better to go with 1/2"

Yes it should be able to do any "normal" repairs. As long as the lug nuts are torqued by you and not to 300 ft lbs by a tech with a monster impact.
