Wonder how used are used? Like is half the life of the flash drive used up? No way to know?

Depending on the item, I assume 90% of Amazon resale products are fraud. Someone had a 1gb flash drive from 2008 and they bought this new one, returned the old one as "no longer needed" and got a free upgrade for someone down the line to receive their trash (happened twice during prime days last month)

Really a cheap shoot... your drive will either be brand new and unused, or garbage. Doesn't seem to be much middle ground.

Funny how posts about the potential security risk of buying used USB storage devices, especially from Amazon resale where they do practically 0 quality checks, are getting thumbed down. Sure, the majority might be fine but are you willing to take that risk? It's almost black friday/cyber monday/other-creative-names-they-made-up-to-get you-to-spend days. Wait for a sale on brand new, especially from Samsung themselves.
