This matches a FP deal from October and is about $3 cheaper than the usual price of about $4.50, which it has held steady at for the past month. I should know. I kept one in my cart so I could watch the price. This time I bought 4 cans.

Last time I made a 40 gallon batch of chicken chili at the soup kitchen my wife and I volunteer at, I used 2 cans of these peppers (seeded and chopped) plus a cup of the juice that they're packed in, giving a nice slow burn on the tongue. The guests loved it.

Unfortunately, our Dollar Tree doesn't carry these, the jalapeno's they do have are 11.5 oz and made in India. It's wise to read the labels at Dollar Tree. The San Marcos are $1.34 w/max S&S. The cheapest locally for me is our local Walmart, they have La Costena for $1.67 for a 26 oz can, so the Amazon deal isn't bad at all.
