P-i-P pot in pot method, both covered and uncovered, unlocks the full power of i.p The opening of the 6 qt inner pot is 8.5" Look for accessory pots with an o.d. of 6-1/2 to 7 -1./2 " Titanium metal back[acting pots between 1 and 2 L capacity are ideal because they come with lose fitting lids, have the fastest cooking speed, are inert and non-toxic and will not burn your hands handling right out of the I.p.. Some of these are also on sale today.
