Yeah. I have a feeling there will be a lot of returns. They have listings for sone carriers, including T-Mobile. If it was unlocked I think they would say it. I ordered one and will report what I get.

I just went from a 13 to 16e. 16e is faster and better battery since its new. camera lacks on the 16 but not an issue unless its a must have for you. you;ll have to get all new cables since it's USB c now and not lightning. even my old 3 case fits on the 16. the camera is obstructed on the 16. i'm using this until I can find a better case for the 16
