apparently quite a few folks posted bad reviews for the same reason. they responded with a support email. i contacted them for an update. they said will track and make sure it is delivered as planned. fingers crossed, though hope is not that high. I used both [email protected] and [email protected] if folks want to appeal their case.

here is what i did:
Saw that this is stuck at label created since last week. Will this be shipped today and in time for the original estimated delivery date of tomorrow? Thanks in advance for your help.

their response (it's the long email address that responded):
Thank you for reaching out. We see that your shipment currently shows "label created" since last week. This means the order has already been processed in our system and is waiting for the carrier to pick it up from our warehouse. Once the carrier scans and receives the package, they will update the tracking information and contact you directly with the exact delivery date.

Please be assured that we will continue to monitor your order closely and keep track of its progress until you receive it.

Mine had gone from CA to OR. At this rate I'm just hoping they took a decent hit on shipping. E-mailed regular and the support that answers the negative comments on the website.

It looks like they got to mine a little too late for UPS to reverse, UPS says delivery expected tomorrow. LG just sent me a UPS return label and instructions for sending back my "return" LOL
