Every single time there was a free line promo i would get it. FF to today i have 9 lines and pay $120. And to a lot of people that is still high.
They're just useless if you don't need them.

I don't recommend being greedy when it's obvious you don't qualify. If they change your plan just to squeeze in that line, you're going to have headaches for months to get your legacy plan and discounts / perks back. I would never attempt to add a line, go for a phone promotion if I don't qualify unless I'm really qualified or I'm on their latest modern plan
Well, what do you expect from him / her? They have entitlement issues. There is so much military worship in this country that they've become spoiled.

Already reached the maximum number of lines of the account. Wonder if they can add a free data line or watch line?

+ Tax on this new Line

I did it few months back, they did add some extra pack so had to call and remove.

Keep monitoring the Activity and Bill for 1-2 months, you will be good.
Yeah. I talked to them today to confirm, and they said it would be fully free (no extra fees or taxes), but there was a $15 6GB data add-on on the plan, and they offered to remove it. Sneaky bastards!!!

I am also on simple choice. But they told me 10 dollar one time charge plus 5 dollars tax every month added to the existing bill.
They confirmed multiple times to me that there would be no extra taxes on it, so fingers crossed. I took screenshots of every time they said that.

Do you have Taxes on other lines? If Yes, it will have too.

Honestly I don't think these are Taxes, it's more of Regulatory Fees as it is sane for all the lines irrespective of what is the original charge for each line

So maybe they're going by that there us no tax. (Cellular plans are Services, so they won't call it Tax but Fees )

do you mean that even when they say it's fully free, and there are taxes on our other lines, we probably will have an increase in the bill due to increased taxes?

Many of us get a lower bill every time another line is added. Even if I didn't use them in any capacity they are not useless.

Tax/Fee for the Free Line only

All other lines will have same price/tax/fee as it was before adding this Free line

I have the Go5G Plus Military plan. I can't seem to find a way to get a free line. Can you please guide me to get a free line? Thank you.
I don't think Military plan is eligible.

Not true, I am paying taxes on my free one. It just recently increased $5 as well.

I didn't understand?

I have total 5 lines, 3 paid and 2 Free. I am paying $5.xx in Taxes/Fee for each of these 5 lines.

The original question was in 2 parts:
1. Free line is 100% Free?
My Answer: need to pay Tax/Fee for this Free Line, if you were paying Tax/Fee on your other lines.

2. If adding new Free Line will increase Taxes/Fee on other existing lines?
My Answer: No, other lines will have same Tax/Fee as it was before adding this Free line.

What is wrong here? Can you please clarify.
