the way to change pressure setting without going thru the doc:
you mustenter the Clinical Menu by pressing and holding the "My Options" and "My Sleep View" buttons for 3 seconds until the screen turns white, then go to Settings to adjust the Mode (CPAP or AutoSet) and the Set Pressure/Pressure Range

And then you can also find out your optimal pressure settings by putting a sd card into the device, record data for a week, upload the data to sleephq, have it generate a report, then send the report to chatgpt or gemini and ask it to recommend cpap pressure range.

just exit out of the pop up, the unlock deal button is still gonna be on the home page even if you choose to ignore their pop up asking you for info

and then when i tried the code HOLIDAY without clicking the unlock deal button, my price is $639 sometimes, and 499 other times, it's weird

So I think clicking on the "unlock deal" button is my preferred way to get the discount

Using my insurance would have cost $1400 spread out over 12 months to make it hard to meet a deductible.

Rare to find this at this price. Better than insurance.

Have you considered trying a different mask?
I used to use the full mouth mask, and when I switched over to pillow it was a lot better. Far less leaks. I used an Resmed P10, but recently tried the Resmed Swift FX and it's same pillow, but soooooo much better. I used to feel like I didn't get enough air, but now it's dialed in and perfect.

Note, both the P10 and Swift FX are both pillow. they look similar, and even the headgear is very similar in terms of how it's placed. Yet, to me the Swift FX is so much better, but the P10 is so much better than the mouth covering one.
So try different masks as well, not just settings. Could be leakage or just poor fit that it doesn't push air in as well.
I appreciate the suggestion but I've tried a bunch of masks. My mouth drops when I sleep so I need a FFM. I've tried the f20 with the foam instead of silicone and that created leaks at the bridge of my nose. I also have liners for my F&P because the oils from my face cause leaks after a few hours.

I may try a Philips to see but have bought over 1k in masks.

I just got this through my insurance 6 weeks ago. Its awesome. Though idk how it some settings would work which for mine are set by the sleep physician like pressures and ramp ups.
I've had mine for 11 months I changed the initial startup pressure on mine because I couldn't breathe for the first 45 seconds. I think that is called ramping pressure You press 2 screen buttons at the same time ; I googled it when I did it. Doctor never called or emailed me.

Fyi, CPAP.com will price match. I already had my Rx on file with them. Order placed.
Personally, price matching isn't good enough. I give it to the company that offered it first. If competition wants to beat it, well then make it worth my time. Otherwise, let that company be the first to offer it next time if they want my business.

I wish I could get a killer deal on the Airsense 10. The 11 is good, but I'd rather take a 10. Mainly for the water chamber.

I hate that! Then what is the point of insurance if they always want us to pay out of pocket, that's wild! Sorry to hear that. $500 is a great deal for better sleep and no snoring for years to come.
When we find out how much insurance "really" pays, it appears insurance doesn't pay much. We end up paying the majority of supplies and prescriptions. Seems like insurance just negotiates a lower price, that we end up paying.

Why is the 10 better?
It's true what someone else pointed out about the water reservoir. The hose sometimes may have a problem leaking. the 10 was like no problems at all for me, forever! The 11 is good but I would trade straight across for a new 10 if I could.

What's a good mask and best place to buy? I got the nose-only one for my 10 and stopped using it because I would wake up several times a night as air leaked out of my mouth. Does a full mask continue to work when you open your mouth?
Try using a jaw strap to keep your mouth close. Amazon sells them for around $20 I think.

It's a decent machine but the water reservoir is a joke. I have my humidity set on 5 and it is empty after 5 hours. Why would this joke company not manufacture a larger one for purchase? And as others have said, removing and filling it is a pain in the ass too. Weird machine. This would be a simple fix for a serious company.
All they had to do was stay with the same design as the 10. I don't know what the purpose of making it lower and sleeker serves to CPAP users. The 10 was great.

Mine also told me 1400 to trade out my 6yr old perfectly working 10..I said nope..
I understand, but I assume you know your 10 will eventually go tennis up. I think it's like 5000 hours but I could be totally wrong.

I think I full mask covers your mouth too. It's either that or a strap to keep your mouth closed. I don't know how well the strap works but they do sell them.

It's definitely not better. The 10 sounded like a busted Buick idling outside your house. The 11 is much much quieter and uses far less water.
If yours sounded like a busted Buick, there was something wrong with yours. The 10 is just as quiet as the 11.
