Didn't get it again this year, after receiving it for over a decade before it stopped last year (in fact, I was usually the one who started this thread). I'm still Private Client Group, but my rep changed last year and I do not have a managed account. I spoke to my new rep last year, and he told me that his understanding was it was only for managed clients (even though I'd never been one and got it). I got him to give me some money to buy it myself, but I had agreed to talk to him about giving them some money to manage and never did. So I expect that I'm not going to be able to convince him to pay for it again this year.

There are plenty of options for free tax software. The Fidelity TurboTax thing is a huge YMMV..

25% only this year for both our accounts (spouse and I). Last year spouse account had free fidelity and prior years both our accounts had. Our balance at fidelity have substantially increased in the past 5 years, so I don't think this is related to account balances in any way.
