These have a lower profile than the ones with swappable bits. So if you need something even smaller than those, these would be great.

Moving parts increase the risk of failure.
This tool is very thin, so what mechanism do you propose would work to keep the tool's low-profile design while staying sturdy even after multiple uses?

Have yet to use this after several years. The few times it might have worked it was impossible to push in hard enough to turn without stripping so I ended up having to move things to make more room for a different tool

To expand on what some others said, these bits appear fixed so cannot fall out. You no risk of losing them or dropping them somewhere you cannot access (such as an area with little access to begin with). Sometimes dropping a bit into certain places can be disastrous, especially if they cannot be retrieved (or easily).

Not saying you would only need it in this scenario, but you would definitely encounter needing this if you were in some trade work.
