The one I received is not in excellent condition. It is obviously used with scratches and I returned it. I don't recommend this vendor. They are selling good condition used phone and pretend it is excellent condition. Also, make sure it is unlocked, because some of these came locked.

Bonus note, rumors said Apple is releasing a flip phone design like this one this year…, just no gaps between displays. Remember, it's only a wild rumor and the leaks have been released.

I purchased this last month. It was, in fact, carrier-locked. Don't recommend buying.

Came in great condition. Great phone. Definitely an upgrade from the pixel 9. Big heavy, and fragile though.

I purchased this last month. Had a few micro-scratches, but to be fair, it was still what I would rate as Excellent condition. Battery was 89% health. I don't have any real complaints, I use it daily.

A couple years ago I purchased a used Z Fold 2 to use as a secondary device and play with the tech. I had absolutely zero issues with it in any regards to the screen or the folding function. I actually sold it to someone else on Swappa as a perfectly working device.

Do you have to use reasonable care not to bend backwards or do anything incredibly stupid to an open foldable device? Sure. Does the average person need to be highly scared of a foldable phone suddenly exploding into dust? Not at all.
