This is the same price these things were at Christmas. Unless this is an amazing brand, it's not a deal.

Wirecutter recommends the Ocoopa UT3 Lite, but not this particular model.

I've had a different shape hand warmer from this brand for three years with no issues. They are wonderful for walking the dog; I don't have to wear gloves which I'd otherwise have to remove to open the poop bag and can stay warm and toasty for hours. I also use them at hockey games.

I got some different mini sized warmers which are just a little bigger than these, and they are too hot inside my mittens when walking on cold winter days, even on the lowest setting, so my hands will sweat. I even put the cold side towards my hand to help. I'll see if these are better for that purpose.

I have a pair of snow gloves with a compartment on the back of the hand for hand warmers, I think it's designed for the disposable single use ones though not the electronic rechargeable ones.

Well gloves are ok, but these kind of warmers, like I said, back of the palm will be cold.
