I just got the Naga and have a Logitech G600.
If you notice, the Scimitar has an indent on 5 so you know where you are. You get lost on the Naga but might get used to it with time.
Also the two buttons next to the left click on the Naga are a little awkward to press. The Scimitar has them below the mouse scroll wheel.
It is comfortable though. Both the Naga and Scimitar have longevity complaints.
