Refurbished from 3rd party sellers typically mean wipe down any dirt and make sure it turns on. Nothing like Apple refurbished with new casing and battery.

I'm with the other guy, if you are given a used battery then a device like this should not be called refurbished. It's simply used and maybe cleaned.

So it's still not a bad price for a used phone, is it? Assuming the battery is around 90% or more and it's in decent shape. But it is not refurbished, that is incorrect! It is returnable so that helps.

I got a excellent refurb s23 plus for $347. It had like 6 battery cycles and a 100% battery capacity. Definitely a great deal. Just the fingerprint doesn't work sometimes but i also have an Allstate warranty for that.

Fck 3rd party sellers.
The only gamble worth trying is getting "sold and shipped by Amazon" in hopes of getting an open box return with a few battery cycles.
The word "refurbished" should be banned unless it's done by manufacturer. Idk why it's even allowed.
