If you have port in difficulties with GV number call 800-518-7519 and them you have a land line and they will complete your port.
GV port is not complete until you get a confirmation email from google, and you get a text message from Metro 611 that the number transfer is complete.

The short version, you must call Metro to make sure any/all the number(s) you are porting over that previously succeed Port Reservation but failed Payment are not locked now to metro reservation once locked to metro they will not work with a new order or another wireless company. This deal is killing me softly, now I remember why I avoided Metro for so long
EDIT: after reading the comments on this thread, I see that many people are reporting that a google voice number can be ported over to metro again (like the good old days).

Just checking to see if it's just plug and play. I am trying to not lose the esim when I put a physical sim in.
I have an older mksd that I purchased a year ago, so I will be trying that.

Separate issue since you seem familiar with all of this, any idea if it's better, if trading this iphone at the google store, to get instant credit and check the box to tell them to adjust the value if the need to on the trade, OR is it better to uncheck the box and tell them to send me the phone back if the trade value is less?
I only want another pixel 10a because off the $305 trade value. Also put it in the cart with a coupon, had unchecked the box originally,a nd it looks liek there is no instant trade value now. If I delete, I gotta contact CS first because the code for money off was from an ad that is now gone.
In any case, unchecking the box to not accept the adjusted value should NOT affect your instant trade in. I had done one for the Pixel 10a and had no issues doing an instant trade in. Also even if the account does NOT have an instant trade in option, one is still better off unchecking the box to accept the adjusted trade in value.

The concern for me is, on this second order, if I don't get any trade value on that iphone, then that's $305 more I pay on a second phone that I'm only getting because it's a sweet deal at this rate. I am wondering if it say got scratched by them and they decided to knock a little off, I'd take it. The issue is the damn 15-day return window on the 10a, when they may not have evaluated the trade by then, and I may get stuck paying a whole lot more for a phone than I ever pay, on a phone we don't really need now - but at this price, I'm getting it for next year when my husband will need one.
