I'm a newer ps5 owner , I've been looking at this game since I got my ps5. Doing a quick google search it's currently 30$ at many retailers including ps store however I found a 3 day old Reddit post someone found it 22$ at target on clearance, reading further in the comments apparently target did a thing a year or 2 ago clearing out most of there video game inventory . It may be worth checking your local target stores! I did a quick target search and I'm not sure if online/target app shows in store clearance at target .
