Typical marketing bs. This is not natural peanut butter. Natural peanut butter is just peanuts and salt and is very healthy. It's the kind with the oil sitting on top and you have to stir before use. Any peanut butter that you don't need to stir has oil added to it, is not natural, and is probably unhealthy.

Love this peanut butter. Much better than Jif and usually can be found at a reasonable price. Not quite the "fresh" natural peanut butter but its easier on the budget.
