Researched a few hours, Is this Acer worth it? Need the laptop tomorrow.

Long story short: Need a laptop tomorrow, old one is dead dead. Researched on threads here and online and found this Acer. I wanted to keep it under $400, but this has the 16g ram that was stressed everywhere I looked, and it's on Amazon where I have a small gift card balance. Should I pull the trigger? Acer was recommended as a good choice in lower end laptops for reliability. Won't be for any new high end games at all.
