I have this, and I tried to flatten regular bread dough. It did not work at all. Since the chicken breast would be both bigger and thicker than my little ball of dough I don't think it can do it.Then I tried a standard tortilla recipe. The tortilla dough is just incredibly soft compared to bread dough. Worked like a charm.
