I dont recommend these for anything other than outside around the house type yard wear, and only for short periods. They are solid and look cool but they don't absorb shock of hiking well at all, it's all transferred to your feet. My 3 year old cross training joggers were more comfortable on the trails on Colorado.

I had a pair of these and they lasted close to 10 years. Just wish they had them in my size this time around.
