Seriously though. Not a bad buy.... but even while working on cars a lot I don't see a need for this.

It's a pretty decent set. The ratcheting mechanism is the same standard that the Gearwrench and several other Apex tool brands for the 3/8" pass through socket sets. It's also the same standard for the tap and die sets under the Gearwrench branding. It's nice to have some interchangeability with those.

Same...Or if you really need it for the outliers, then just get a loaner from Autozone/Advance Auto Parts. That is the real slickdeals.

If you have easy access to the belt tensioner, you don't need this set. With some vehicles you can get by with a more modest set, but for the really tight access cars out there, a very complete and flexible set like this is worth every penny.
