Funny to see the price here when Target was selling these in November 6 of last year for $76.79 orderable via the app for local pick-up.

Amazing that the offer on this set has lasted this long. The design/plans are a perfect bridge from 4+ or other Friends sets rated for younger ages with a modular and incredibly easy to follow build process that could be a great "big" project for any younger builder. My own 7yo literally couldn't believe that they were building a large set like their older brother.
