How'd you get it to $15?
I have 3 lines and I'm on the bye bye tmobile promo for $15 a line. I guess they just charged me the price of the extra line. Got the phone today, feels pretty nice for what it is.

I logged into my Total Wireless account. My previous 3 line plan was $45 a month, and now the next payment will be $77 a month for 4 lines. Does anyone know when I can safely cancel this line so that I can have my $45/month plan back?

Remove it from the account. With the old UI, it should work. I'm not sure about the new UI they rolled out a few days ago, it all glitches now.

Does anyone know if it will unlock (after 365 days) if I have an active tracfone service (3 years of service remaining) and convert this device to tracfone and move my number over to it?
It won't. The 1 year of service need to be activated with the IMEI of the phone you want to unlock

It used to work, but since last February I believe, they changed the policy

You probably wouldn't want it, the screen is very burned in somehow , just bought it as a jukebox to plug into a sound board

Anybody else having delivery issues? I have issues getting packages delivered to my house, but for some reason I decided to deliver it there and chose to run home on lunch break. Got home 10 minutes after package was marked delivered, no package. UPS tells me I can't file a claim because TW has to file, Total Wireless claims I have to do it myself through UPS. A 5 minute text exchange took 40 minutes of my time. Just the back and forth game with no result. Contacted UPS directly about the mis-delivery and they gave me "hopeful" news that they were sending the driver back to where they delivered, not getting my hopes up though. TW customer service says they can do nothing for me, while UPS gave no photo proof of delivery.
Had to go through this with on another phone with Metro. Phone was stolen during transit. UPS wouldn't let me file the claim. Metro said they filed a claim - UPS said they didn't. It went nowhere.
I filed a complaint with BBB and eventually got my refund back.

Just received mine from UPS. They took an extra day because it ended up on the wrong truck. Can confirm it will work on Visible. I took my sim out of my current phone and installed it before powering in the phone on for the first time. It did not automatically show service. I had to connect to wifi and setup the device and it eventually connected to cellular. I did install and log in to the visible app, but did not do any additional steps. I have not tried to activate my TW sim or line yet. Data (5g UWB) calls, and RCS too a while to start working, but I understand that is normal some times. Definitely worth the $40 if you are in a VZW MVNO and need a spare or replacement device.

That's the way Tracfone, Total Wireless and Straight Talk work - they've been around for years with no contract, just month to month.

Ordered one yesterday, and got a shipped notice today... hopefully I got it in before the oos thing. I already have this model (use it as a spare wifi device) and I find it decent. But I primarily want it for the wifi for the month, and likely will just give it away to a friend after that.

Although I do have a question: can I disconnect it from my account after that month online or do I need to speak to a rep? When I give away/sell phones I prefer they aren't linked to my account in any way.

I don't have a TW account right now, but if it works like Tracfone (a sister brand): log into your account-->Manage Lines-->Device-->Remove from account. You can do it yourself when the phone still has service (removing it from your account does not affect its service). Once your 1st month of service has ended and the phone is inactive, you cannot remove it from your account yourself.
