I would like it closer to $199 before I jump on it. Yeah I know about the free tool but I have a feeling Dewalt may be closing out their 12v lineup. Same with others manufacturers except Milwaukee. The inventory for 12v seems very spotty. I am still waiting for my 12v screwdriver from ACME tools and it's been over a month!
