Anyone use this before in comparison to Walmarts pen&gear packing tape? Because this seems to be about half the price...but hesitant to take a gamble on 4 packs because I'd be screwed if it sucks.

Bought this in the past because it was a great deal, but it ended up becoming my favorite packing tape. The tape is thick and super sticky. I thought it would fit my little Scotch tape dispenser, but the roll is just too big. It barely fits my Staples tape gun, but it does fit!

Just a reminder that tape DOES have a "best by" date - over time, the tape loses stickiness - i tried using 5 yr old tape for moving and some boxes had their bottoms fall out due to nonsticking tape smh. Had to double down on tape barely made it through the move...

What source are you using? Keepa says it's been at $16 for the past three months, only dropping to $14 for a sale. This deal is the cheapest it's been since July 2025.
