That's probably a mistake; an OLED can never be 250-nits in modern day laptops. It should definitely be 300-nits minimum.
And thanks for pointing out the title mistake, wrote open-box by mistake. It's fixed now.

These are the 3 panels it can come with, according to acer support docs. One is 250nit, the non-glare coating and only touch one.
