Nice fan that's finally on sale. Unfortunately I couldn't wait and picked it up from DTO a few months ago

Great fan, use ours almost daily and been going strong for a year and a half. The 40v topper fan is more powerful and lasts longer, but as you can imagine, it is a bit heavier with the 40v battery attached. Clamp is nice, as I can clamp it to the arm of my patio chair when its 100 degrees here in Louisiana and point it directly at my face, lol

We use this all the time. Clamp to baby stroller. Use 4ah battery and it lasts forever.

NICE! Had a bunch of the 40v fans - but those are strictly for emergency cooling or camping cooling. Was waiting for these to come on sale - had a planned Disney trip this summer and heard these are amazing clamped to the stroller.

The 40v is tempting but I don't want to lug that weight around. The 18v seems like the sweet spot for portability. Good to know it holds up long term.

Nice, but giving the run rate with a 6 Ah battery is kind of sleazy, most will probably use a 2 or 4 Ah as they're the most common.

I was gonna say I read the SE is suffering brownouts from power grid, this could come in handy. I use my cheap handhelds on mowing breaks, tuck in in my collar or in my pocket Tshirt -- my old eFlukeys portables are wearing out after a decade and getting more noisy.

Anyone have this and the 7.5" fan? Curious about this one but can get the 7.5 factory reconditioned at DTO for $26 right now.

This is perfect for my kids stroller. If battery dies, just switch to a different one. No more waiting to charge since I have my ryobi batteries.

I have these and the similar ridgid fans. Very different use cases imo.

This little fan is sometimes on dto for 15 as well and (hate to be that guy) 20 was basically retail a year or 2 ago.
Its small form factor is the selling point as it moves nowhere near as much air but it's small enough to throw in a shoulder bag or carry - Sports, strollers, cars, etc. The bigger one is more like camping, dugouts, beaches, picnics, etc. You're not taking that big one on a short trip nor carrying in your hand to cool yourself off.

Great little fan. First one I got from HD had a bad bearing a few months in, and the warranty process was so dead simple for a replacement.
