I've got one of these when it came out. It no longer charges. Frustrating for the price I bought it at. Cleaned all the connections, plugged it in different outlets. Nothing. Maybe user error but thought I'd mention it.

I have one over 5 years now but I only recently started using it more regularly. Somehow after maybe less than 50 uses, the battery is going to shit. It will die at 30 percent and getting worse. It's too old to have customer service address the issue but I did buy this during a best buy sale price mishap so I think I spent $150

Good. But this lacks suction mode if that's relevant. Great handy cleaner nevertheless. Wet cleaning is great in general.

I love how handy these are but spring for an extended warranty. They break like nobody's business even if you keep them clean.

Spend $10 more to get a Dreame H12 Pro. Unlike this Tineco, it does edge to edge cleaning and the charging dock has heated drying. This is literally a worse deal.

I'd avoid it. Mine is only 5 months old and doesn't charge to more than 45%. When it cleans it leaves water along the sides. Not worth it. More hassle than actual use
