Today, I found a Chicco Cortina/ Key 30 travel system for 50% off so I'm going to take back the Graco infant seat. It's a nicer seat, from what I've heard from car seat techs (though the Graco is a very nice seat too), plus the matching stroller, and now I don't have the urge to track down matching baby gear.

Odd thing- the store I was at today had only this travel system and a Graco swing in the clearance stuff. Both were online returns so I asked an employee about any other infant clearance. She said that this particular store salvaged it all at 50%.

Congrats, setsail!! So exciting! Praying now for a healthy little one.

Beautiful day today. Went out with my little one to one of our favorite thrift stores - scored a Winnie the Pooh CD she doesn't have, so she was thrilled.

Stopped at the Great Harvest Bread Co store that is basically next door.

I so love their bread. Pricey, but so yummy.

Am I a bad TCCer? I have no plans to do the KY deal at Target this week, and I feel like I *should* because, well, I just should. But I'm not.

Nope, I'm not either. Free isn't good enough.

I still have some Mine and Yours from ages ago, I think CVS and it was free or a MM. I'm not impressed.

I'm a bit burned out on T, but I'm dragging myself out tonight to do some simple deals. My fave store has been ruined, so shopping hasn't been that much fun.

Nope I am not doing this deal either. I have enough Wet synergy from WG this week to last someone a lifetime. lol We are in a tornado state and my husband fears that if we were ever hit by one, people would be finding KY, Wet lube and condoms for miles and miles. He said to just follow that trail to find anything I would want to try to salvage.

I am just about burned out on couponing for some reason. Sometimes it just seems so stressful. But with all the plans we have and extra bills (dental mainly), I feel like I need to continue saving as much as I can. I think back and really can't remember what it was like going to buy my weekly groceries and NOT using coupons or expecting to get certain things free.
But when others tell me what they spend on their groceries/necessities weekly because they don't use coupons/ad-match, I feel like a hero!

I probably won't be doing it either.. We have gotten some of the yours and mine before, and I wasn't impressed at all.. And, those darn coupons beep if I remember..

Same thing here.. My stores are no fun at all to shop at now as well, so I stop in for some free mac and cheese and paper towels when I am right beside there, but don't make a trip otherwise..

Totally burned out here too. I actually had about 3 weeks where I went to the grocery store and bought carts full without using a single coupon.. then, I felt so guilty. Now, I am tired of target, so I just started back shopping at CVS and may actually try a walgreens deal this week..

I have looked at the next 2 weeks WG ads and well they are really bad. Only 1 free after RR deal that I could see. I will probably be using up most of my RR's unless something exciting comes along. I have just been spending way too much at T lately. Yes $30-$40 a trip is WAY too much to spend on stuff there. lol

I got in after midnight from SC. Niece's team won their game last night!

Congrats to her team, and thank you. The biggest craving has been bbq sauce and to have spicier foods than I would normally eat. And yes, there was the accompanying heartburn.

Nothing this week thrills me. I wish I had bought more Flintstones when I saw them in stock, couldn't find any more than 1-2 bottles at a time on Saturday.

Thanks for the reminder.. guess I need to look at the wags threads. I forgot those RR expire in 2 weeks. I went tonight and got the colgate.. nice that the RR rolls. I only did 2 transactions.. so, I am only working with a 4.00 RR. I am gonna roll it a few more times cause toothpaste sells pretty well for me usually.

lol me too. I only did the Centrum deal a few times because cashiers would call someone over when the Centrum mq beeped. Not worth the trouble for me.

I used them last night and oh my word!!!! The cashier studied the coupons for the longest time!!!!!! She was so reluctant to k1 them but finally did. It was funny because I had my two coupons and they were a few coupons apart in my coupon pile and she spent the longest time studying each one, like they might say something different on each one lolololololol! I wasn't sure if I was even gonna bother but since I had printed the coupons, they were free after GC, and I am not planning on getting DH anything for Valentines I figured that the KY would at least be something. All he really wants is some nooky anyhow. And he might not even be back from his trip until the 15th or 16th

i should have done the flintstones deal. i was at my db's place on monday and decided to try my nephew's vitamins. they expired in 2010!

i know vitamins are one thing that doesn't really last long after the exp date.

i should have done the centrum deal instead of the one a day vitacraves. i was looking to buy some better quality vitamins since centrum uses magnesium oxide which is a poor source of the nutrient and decided to try the gummies since they were cheap or free, can't remember right now. but just checked out the label recently and even compared to regular centrum, they don't have many nutrients and not really *complete*.
