Woman in a Government car is a lunatic. With pics!

Long story short I'm sitting at a red light that has a left turn lane ONLY that is to my left of course.
Light turns green I go straight.
I make it 100% of the way through the intersection, when all of a sudden there is a PRIUS hood at my drivers side window....GOING MY DIRECTION!!! Scared the **** out of me! The car is on the wrong side of a busy road (1pm on a Friday)...
I lay on the horn and slow down to let in this lunatic.
The person gets infront of me.......and what to do I see???
How's my driving?? on her bumper!! It has a website (which I can probably figure out) on it!! I start to smile.
The light infront of us turns red, it is red for at least a full second before we get to it......My window is down and I'm mouthing the words "I'm going to report you"
She says something back that I have no idea what it was and she ran the red light. She then got onto the highway.
Well guess what, 95 always has traffic after 11am on Friday's. I had NO PROBLEM catching up to her.
Here's the pic I got (we were actually moving and I was holding up the center lane by snapping this, I didn't want to be too much of a dick and slow others down so I kept going).

Here's a diagram that is an accurate depiction of where things happened. She got in my lane JUST as we got to the train bridge.

I just finished a complaint with pictures included and wrote that I want her removed from driving a state owned car. My tax dollars paid for her to cut me off, endanger MY LIFE and the life of the other people in the oncoming direction.

The other driver consciously chose to drive on the wrong side of the road, at a busy time of day and then cut me off.
I said I DIDN'T want to SLOW DOWN and get behind her because that would have held up my lane.
2) Stick to 1 version of the story and it will help.
She did not just make a simple mistake. She chose to break the law and almost cause a car accident between myself, and some other cars in the oncoming lane
How could she cut you off, if you slowed down to let them in?

So after you laid into her with your horn, you pull up to her and mouth words, unless she was a lip leader she could have taken your "I'm going to report you" as "I'm going to kill you"
So you scared her enough to make her run a red light, good job!
Again with the assumptions, she knew what i was saying. Go check in a mirror very different.
Ummmmm... which is it... "incase you saw her" or "no problem catching up to her"
it's both buddy. I knew we were on the same highway, I knew traffic was going to be slow, I was in the middle lane, she was in the slow lane, I had no trouble catching up to her because the slow lane hardly moves in traffic here on a friday after 11am.
She might have been a mistake, but you are in the wrong here.
I am not in the wrong here. I reported a state vehicle for dangerously driving on the wrong side of the road during a busy driving time.

if she would have just cut in behind me I probably wouldn't have even noticed. It was the fact that she drove down the wrong side of the double yellow for a good 50 feet and then cut me off.......that really got me going.

The solution was either to GO LEFT and drive .2 miles further to the same on ramp.
OR since she wouldn't have been able to turn left anyway due to oncoming cars. She could have sat there with her RIGHT blinker on pissing off people behind her, and slipped in when the lane was clear.
She made the ultimate wrong choice in this situation and if there were any people or cars anywhere near the opposite left turn lane (look at the pic), they would have been history.
If this little "mistake" was enough to get you all "rambo" then I hate to see when something happens that causes damage or injuries someone.
IMHO the road would be a lot safer with both of you off the road.

No. you contradicted yourself. She couldn't have cut you off, if you slowed down to let her in.
Forcing someone to let another one in is cutting off.
So "laying in on the horn", "mouthing threats at stop lights", and stalking the lady isn't aggressive? Please tell me your definition of "an agressive drivers"
Agressive would have been flooring it, forcing her to stay in the oncoming lane and possibly CAUSING the accident that was bound to happen.

Running the red light with her, Flooring it, blocking her, stopping her......yelling at her on the highway......following her to wherever she was going (I could have done that, I was done with work) or harassing her on the highway.
All of which i did not do. I simply snapped a picture and went on with my drive.
Look. If you had left it at a honk and reporting her, you would be in the right. You went too far and unleashed your roadrage to the point you were more of a danger on the road then she was.

People have cut me off before. I extend my middle finger and move on with my life. I don't go all roadrage on them, stalk them, write elaborate reports and rant on an internet forum.
