3. As to dating itself - I doubt it. I wouldn't be doing anything trendy. Similar to this but without all the crap piled on top. No upper cupboards and I think I would want a microwave underneath too. (this is not the room -- I found this pic online)

I wouldn't put it in just to put it in, but if you are doing it while doing other things, then yes, I would do it. You might not think you would use it, but watch..it'll end up being something you use all the time!

Too many q's, not enough time.
I had an improptude YS today, just to get all my boxes organized and tagged and make an inventory like someone had suggested. Holey Hell! It was the second best YS I have ever done, and I do one nearly every month for the past 18 months, I freakin made $599 from 8am - 2pm it started out cool with frost on the ground at 8 then was 59 dr=egrees by the time I packed up.
I was super excited with my haul only to come home to my main lappy being dead.
It says windows failed to start, A recent hardware or software change might be the cause To fix insert your disc and reistall.....
I dont have a disc, I would really hate to pay to fix this laptop again for the 3rd time, think I might take my money and get a new one. I am on my Dell mini lappy but this thing is soooooooo sllloooow.
ETA: Yup... it's Kmart Smart.
One end has kind of a bump out and its going to be built in (more or less) with a 24" closet on one side, sort of a platform with a fireplace and tv above that in the middle, and 24" shelving on the other side. Overall that is 10' across. This has to be done to enclose water meter, pipes, etc. The closet if for the water softener.
So, at the opposite end of the room there is an 8' long wall. (The bathroom is on the other side). There are water and drains in there. This would be a perfect place to put a wet bar. I wouldn't do a bar type bar. Pretty much cabinets across there with a mini fridge and micro built in. Sink on top and counter top. I could not do cabinets all across the top -- there is a small window. But maybe a middle glass cabinet or shelves.
I wouldn't put a bar type thing out in front that you actually stand behind and sit on the other side. But down the line someone could add this easily and have the counter and sink behind.
This is not something we particularly want or need. Nor would we use it, probably. Cost and ability to do it aren't an issue. I am thinking more of down the line for resale. (We aren't selling anytime soon).
When we sell it will very likely be to someone much younger. With the added finished basement and other improvements -- we have 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a fenced yard with a pool.

Anyway, how the H-E-double chopsticks do you get that blanket back into the pillow neatly? It's all lumpy and stuffed in there. I tried folding it a couple of different ways, but same result.
