Wink I was way too serious as a child, then as a teenager, then in my 20's. My immaturity and ability to laugh at myself came as I hit my 30's Smilie I make sure to laugh and enjoy life a lot more now than I ever did before. I don't allow myself to take things too seriously...it's bad for my anxiety anyhow Roll

dazzled, pain meds have kicked in, very drowsy, so giving you short answer for now, but happy to expand and answer any questions later, k?

you don't need a computer guy to reload the operating system. you literally have to put the disc in the disc drive and follow the prompts, clicking your mouse when it needs you to hit ok or next. DO NOT pay anyone for this!

also, you need to acquire/order a disk for what operating system you want to load, plus any other software you want to put on. so that should be your first step.

i can help you with the step by step later. k?

bye.
OK, and my lappy maker can get me one for a small fee? because I did a quick search of windows 7 and that shit is expensive, I could buy a new lappy with it in it already for less. Confused

Tidy Cat $1.50/1 MQs in one of the RPs today. We got all kinds of Purina in that insert, but not that one. I put off buying half priced Tidy Cat 14 lb jugs this week at Publix, because the Q was supposed to be in the paper. Not here. Oh well, at least it's half price thru Tuesday and not full price.

Okay, so yesterday I had little Mavis in her Jenny Jump-up in the kitchen doorway so I could keep an eye on her (and mostly her bigger sister who loves her a little too much sometimes...) while I cleaned up a bit. Well, monkey toddler had dropped my soup ladle on the floor by the baby and don't ya know it, there Mavis was - leaning over and concentrating so hard. She tried for about 15 minutes to pick the thing up with her FEET.
That's so cute. I think I literally cried when I realized Kiley had reached the weight limit for her jumperoo thing. Frown

Wave Hi all, just popping in to say Hi. Been thinking about you all. Spent the weekend doing more painting. I swear it feels like the painting will never end. So far, I've hired painters to paint the Living Room, Foyer, Hallway, Stairwell and upstairs hallway. I've painted the breakfast nook (several times, lol), the den and downstairs bath.

Yesterday, I removed the caulking around the tub and re-did it. and painted the walls in the upstairs bath. I used SW Bagel. Not my first choice but with the old tile that was in there it was the best match and I think it looks good. I also pulled out the old recessed medicine cabinet with the tri fold mirrored doors that looked like crap and now I have a hole in my wall. Gotta patch that up and put a mirror up soon, lol.

Next will be on to the Master BR and I'm torn between two colors.

Ralph Lauren Hazel Woods or SW Comfort Gray.

Decisions, decisions...

No shopping for me this weekend except a quick trip to Publix. Lots of good deals there.
If anyone has a Harris Teeter near, I have been find Vitamin Water tearpads at the gas station for .75 any size. Makes them free anytime at Teeter. q's dont expire until the end of April so plenty of time to stock up.

I hope I'm not missing too much at Target. I swear, one day soon I'm going to get back. I found the garnier peelies while I was in there getting meds...but haven't been back to use them Annoyed

Ok, off to go do some laundry.

It's awesome in ice tea... I go through tons of it in the summer. We usually go through at least a gallon of tea everyday and sadly, I'm probably resposible for drinking most of it. I use the excuse that the caffine helps with the migraines.

I've never had these syrups. I should pick up a bottle for my iced tea, is Raspberry best for that?

quick pics of house.

Tootsie, this is for you. It's the SW Ramie in the breakfast nook. In my house it's showing green or maybe I'm a bit colorblind. Sometimes I see colors that no one else does. Oh, and ignore the cords. I haven't gotten around to tying them up yet. Probably next year laugh out loud I'd love to see a pic of your room to see what other colors it shows.

Here's the color it was before. House yellow. The whole house was in this yellow when i bought it. Every single room.

Here's a quick not so good snap of the bathroom color. There must have been 20 years of paint on the walls, most of them various colors of blues which must have look horrible. I think playing off the tans in the border and floor tiles is the best. Never thought I'd have the color 'bagel' in a bathroom laugh out loud I'll post more pics when I'm done sprucing up the room. ie, when I cover the hole in the wall Roll
