LOL exactly. And the almost 1 million that live in the Norfolk area.

And, I think she means that when people think of Washington State, they think Seattle. Forget the whole rest of the state that it takes several hours to drive through.

Dh watches Bones but I admit, I hadn't paid attention. Is that set in this area too? And the granola bars are yummy. Next time, I think I'll try cinnamon.

I make a honey glazed rolled oat granola bar that could pass for bar cookies. I can pull out the recipe if anyone is interested (I'm at work and don't carry my handy, dandy Pillsbury recipe book with me).

Portsmouth IS the armpit of Virginia. LMAO We used to live right on the edge of Portsmouth/Chesapeake/Suffolk and I made sure my doors were locked driving through Portsmouth.

I miss Suffolk though, and love the Williamsburg area.

Appointment got cancelled and rescheduled for friday afternoon after lots of convincing that i cannot take the anxiety until next wednesday, no appts before.
They never called about the cancellation until i turned up there to know that there is no power and they thought we were informed..well..now friday...i am tired with the kids@home...

Having one of those days where I would like some alone time.. everyone in my house is driving me crazy, and I am about to explode laugh out loud

My oldest son who is in college is so lazy these days and he makes me so angry.. still no job, and doesn't seem to care.. He only goes to school 2 days a week and we can't get much out of him the other days. Came home yesterday at 4 and went to bed. Didn't see him until I was ready for bed last night.. Already fought with him about getting some things done today..
My oldest DD got some grades back today and is failing one class and has a low C in another.. She claims there is work that she has turned in but not gotten credit for.. Gave her 2 weeks to get them up to a B or her phone is mine until she does.. SO, now she is angry at me too Roll Eyes (Sarcastic)
My youngest son has been getting more mouthy lately and I am getting tired of it. Had an incredibly hard time getting him up this morning.. Kept fighting with him until almost 11 am.. he kept going back to bed. I suspect he got back up last night and played video games after we went to bed. He will be losing video game playing for awhile.. ahh, another happy camper!
And my toddler just spilled blue powerade all over my bedroom carpet and it doesn't want to come up.. I hate carpet! I only have it in the bedrooms and wish I didn't even have it there..

Okay, enough venting.. Just having one of those days! I think some retail therapy would be good today, too bad there is no time!

On the positive note, got a nice delivery of 9 new shiny bottles of Torani syrup delivered on my front porch a few minutes ago.. Can't wait to use them Smilie Smilie
