Thanks for the response! I am really comfortable with the reg dr, not so much with the high risk guy. Embarrassment
seems like the reg guy and the high risk guy are in communication with each other, see if the reg guy will talk to high risk guy for youWink

I should add that with my sis, she initially told them she did not want any meds, so when she decided they were already gone and had to be called back.

That is a GREAT idea! Also the reg dr trained at the hospital we are delivering at, so he knows it really well. I am sure that after I voice my concerns to him, if he still feels ok with that date, I will be too. He is a great guy! heart It also helps that J works in the same office as him and the whole office staff knows I am J's wife Wink

I am supposed to be napping right now. Alexa came home and asked to take Soph to the elementary school (they help out/play with the kids in after school care there). heart Alexa is really a good egg I tell you!! IDK what I would do without her! nod

I guess I will go lay down for a bit, if I fall asleep while they are gone, so be it, if not, I will at least have rested a little.

Anyways, I posted all this bc I wanted to hear opinions from others. I mean, if I went into labor, and there is a person on call (not nec in house, but available) then I think I would be ok with the later date, but if not, it seems like a risky thing to me. Am I over reacting?
I would ask about someone being on call, but just to ease your mind. Cole was an unplanned C after 23 hours of labor and he failed to vacate the premises, Kiley was a scheduled C because my hospital, nor my doctor do vbacs (which I was 100% ok with because my C with Cole was great). I KNEW she would be early (because Cole was 3 weeks early) but they wouldn't schedule me for more than 7 days before my due date. 3 days before I started having contractions, my water broke while I was in the waiting room to see my doc. She double checked to make sure it was my water and not pee and sent me next door to the hospital. From the time I checked in until they delivered her was less than an hour. If you are a repeat C and you go into labor they move you right to the front of the line and get the baby out asap. At least that was my experience. But I would still talk to them about it if you are worried. If nothing else, it will put your mind at ease.

Does anyone have a Photoworks account?

I just read that they are closing and the site says they will transfer your pics to Shutterfly and give you a 30.00 credit.

I just did it and got my 30.00 code....bounce

PhotoWorks is closing; get $30 credit to move to Shutterfly
I read on Facebook that PhotoWorks is shutting down, effective May 2011. But if you transfer your pics over to Shutterfly, they'll give you $30 to use at Shutterfly. I transferred my photos this afternoon; you basically follow a link, click transfer, and it's done automatically. Soon after I got an email with my Shutterfly credit. It's a unique code for a $30 credit towards a purchase of $30 or more, excluding shipping/handling/taxes. You have until 11:59pm EST on May 2, 2011 to get the credit. After that, apparently your pics get deleted.

Go to www.photoworks.com; the message is on the front page. Enjoy!

I might have. I think they were offering bogo photobooks a few years ago.

So I transferred, but I don't see where the code is.

Nevermind. when the transfer is complete they will send the code. o-k-doh-kay.

Thanks I will talk to him tomorrow. I am a repeat, Soph was a planned one, and they took her at 38 weeks (norm 4 years ago), so its a little strange to me for it to be so close to my due date. Oh well, they say the new research shows its best, and I definitely want best! nod
