The caught the robber! Haven't heard much more at this point.

DS's toe must not have been broken. Wasn't too black and blue today...then he fell in PE and has a big bruise on his leg. Good thing he doesn't tell people I beat him!

Hello long lost SF Friends---I have missed you and have what appears to be months of catching up to do. I have so much pride to you Davewex for standing up for the right for ALL kids to be innocent. We have been sick in our house for the last 2 1/2 months---right now I'm the "down" party with a double ear infection and sinus infection---making Mommy GRUMPY! Anyway, sorry to have missed out on all of the baby shower excitement, please know that I am keeping all of you mommies to be in my daily prayers for a safe delivery and healthy babies. Toffi, I still need to get a box of boy handmedowns out....sorry for my lameness! Kootz, saying prayers for you and your family and your furbabies. Hope everyone is starting to enjoy the spring!

Where did my spring go? That S word is back in the forecast for Sat...I gues DD is going to be a little chilly at prom!

IDA makes me angry. In my phone when I use swype, I try to spell is and it comes out ida. I hate it so much.

I don't have a smartphone (yet) but DS and DIL do. Will send this to them to watch. I have been hearing quite a bit about it lately in the news. Not sure why everyone needs to know someone's location. It even kind of confuses me as to why anyone posts where they are (like on FB--so and so is at ______ with so and so). I don't need or care for everyone knowing where I'm at (not that it's any big secret)...

I heart spring break. Been busy running errands with the babe for the past few days. So nice to have time in the day to get stuff done. Now to tackle the house. Dh and I are getting away kid-free this weekend. Probably our last kid-free getaway for a long time. We're just going to portland, and don't have any big plans, but hopefully will be fun regardless. My parents are coming to stay with the babe, so I HAVE to tackle the mess we call our house. Not how I want to spend my spring break, but c'est la vie.

I'm trying not to sulk too much, since NHL hockey playoffs start TONIGHT! (I know you all had this circled on your calendars already Big Grin) I apologize in advance if there are any Chicago Blackhawk fans out there, but I have developed a very healthy hatred for your team over the past 3 years (if you're a fan, you'll know why). I'm hoping we trounce the Hawks starting tonight. Can't wait!
