What's funny about the story is that I can see the waitresses and other customers worrying about a missing person. The waitresses have been there for like 30 years and the same people eat at the same tables for years at a time. Canter's does have good food !!

Canter's is like a block away from the Center where I volunteer. I go there at least once a month. Too bad the restaurant isn't kosher -- they have wonderful pasteries that I can't bring back. On the other hand, saves me a fortune because I'd be tempted to treat the social workers.
