RETIRED: Marlboro Outwit the West Funny Farm

My sister is going to go crazy when she comes in next weekend. It's been almost a month since she was here last. She a Red Cross volunteer and helps out at a naval base. She's been doing all these Homeland Security training courses as well as "working" at welcome and farewell events for soldiers coming home and leaving. Well, you should see my dining room table. You can barely see the tablecloth, there's so much stuff on it.

I've got big items like the RC car and the not-clown-sandals (for my niece), a golf club sleeve(?) for my niece's husband and the three big bottles of some kind of hair system, plus three T-shirts, some tote bags (not the expensive kind) and then piles of freebies. Looks like a yard sale in here.

I've separated everything into stacks. There's the food stack with coffee, energy bars, sweeteners and coupons for free food. There's the stack of samples of face creams, perfumes, asperin, etc. And then there's the $5 movie money, the $25 Fandango GC, the $25 Tango GC and the $10 Camel GC.

She gets even more excited than I do when she sees the stuff.

She'll have to decide which of her kids gets whatever she doesn't want and I know how much she enjoys giving them things. The stuff like the sandals and the golf club thing are already assigned, but she actually gets to bring them over to their house. I know most of them are small items, not worth much, but it's like Christmas stocking fillers. Small, inexpensive, but lots of fun.

Can't wait to see her face when she sees the table ! ! !

Some day I will learn how. Anyway, had all losers tonight - not even Dove candy. I may go fishing tomorrow as the tide schedule is the best - low at 6AM - so I will have until about 3pm out there even if I leave late. Now I stayed up too late But now it has been very very windy. so many factors to this sport. If you do not see me on here can you be blonde tomorrow for 100 Sunny Days?
