I just got an email from her regarding a coupon from Arby's.
"I drove to Ventura for my free 12 oz. shake at Arby's today. To celebrate my birthday (actually my birthday but who's counting).
It said, "Free 12 oz. shake with any purchase." I ordered their "special" which is 2 small roast beef sandwiches and gave them the coupon for the shake. The guy said I had to buy a DRINK with it. I said, "No. The shake is the drink. I'm buying the roast beef sandwiches. The coupon says, 'With any purchase.' That's my purchase."
He said, "No. The small print at the bottom says, "Minimum purchase of any drink." And it does say that, if you can read it.
I said, "I don't want 2 drinks. I don't want a shake and a drink like you tell me I have to get." He said, "That is what it says." So I depressed the striker level, pulled the pin, threw the grenade and walked out."
She cracks me up ! ! !
