Hi all,

Was thinking about your birthday on the 23rd. Now I can see why you're so organized. You must have some planets in Virgo, plus being on the cusp. My oldest son's birthday is Aug. 24. Likes everything orderly. He can get rid of excess stuff in no time. When he lived at home and was cleaning his room, I'd go through everything to make sure he wasn't getting rid of something we should keep. I have a tendency to keep too much stuff. You never know when I might need it.

My mother's birthday is Aug. 29. She is that way to the extreme. When we were growing up, she would look in the closet and dresser drawers. If everything wasn't folded perfectly, she would take every drawer, not just the one she thought was messy, and dump them upsidedown in the middle of the room. Then we spent hours refolding stuff. She did the same thing with the closet if we hung clothes up without buttoning the buttons first.

I keep alot of stuff but when I go through it and weed it out alot of it goes!! I actually had to go to get help when my son was little because my life was so orderly and organized and kids are not so I had to learn to just let it go!!! Pick my battles and go with the flow!!! He was diagnosed very early with a rare form of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder where chaos seems orderly to him!. He can see a stack of cds and know what order they are in the stack! When I would clean his room he would come home from school and be lost,, couldnt find anything. Within 5 minutes it was as if I had never cleaned it!!! but he knew where everything was!!!
His girlfriend now is such a neat freak and it encourages him to pick up several times a day because he doesnt want her to have to

Some Virgo's can have a critical edge--can cut through the muck and get right to the point, whether you like it or not. That's when they are not being super nice, which they are most of the time. I've had a few good Virgo friends (still do) over the years.

You want to know how behind I am today??? Havent done last nights dishes yet!!! went to start them and saw my coffee was finally done from a couple of hours ago!!! Went to pour a cup after I started my dish water and wanted some flavored creamer so I got my sisters bottle of hazelnut creamer and went to shake it and someone forgot to close the lid last time!!!! Creamer went ALL over the ceiling... the wall behind me... and the floor!!! Im letting the cats clean the floor and Zenas got the wall. Guess that leaves the ceiling for me!!! BBL after the BBQ.............ribeyes!!!

Funny you say that though. I best friend since 3rd grade was here on Monday. Talked with him on the phone yesterday, and he tells me I should get rid of my shower curtain, because it makes the room look too small. The darn thing is 9 sq. ft. plus the tub. Nothing is making it look small, it IS small. Damn Virgo, I am keeping my shower curtain!

That's interesting. My other son is a Capricorn and left-handed. When he organized things, it made no sense to me. Both boys are neat, however. Over the years, I learned a lot from my Virgo friends about being organized. My downfall is paper. I usually have a stack of paper somewhere, even if every drawer is organized. Hate organizing paper. Probably from all those years in publishing.

I think it just ended. It was for the new Arthur movie(remake). I won when it first started. I had almost forgot about it. I know there were a few others from the FF who won too.
